To check on the status of your order

Email us at the address provided in our order confirmation email to you when you ordered your cookie jar. If you never received a confirmation letter, place the order again. All orders placed receive email confirmation within 24 hours. If you don't receive email confirmation from us within 24 hours, you may want to check your ISP's junk email filters and collection of mail. Because we use words like "Order" and "Sale", junk email filters may filter out our order confirmation email to you.
